Privacy notes for LUWEMI Reviews

These notes add to the general LUWEMI Privacy Policy. They cover what is specific to this service. The operator and contact details are in the Legal Notice.

1. The App

The App stores your business details and your scorecard only in the browser you use. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

2. Emails we send to businesses

We sometimes contact businesses by email about this service, using publicly listed business contact details. Every such email names us as the sender, includes our postal address and tells you how to opt out. Reply "STOP" and we will not contact you again.

3. Payments

If you subscribe online, you are taken to our payment provider PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). PayPal processes your payment and contact details to handle the subscription. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. See PayPal's privacy statement for details.

4. Customers on Pro

To look after your Google Business Profile, we process your contract and contact details and the publicly visible reviews of your business. Reply drafts are written with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person. We do not enter reviewers' names into those tools. We act on your instructions, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
